Franchise Partners
OPTION NO: 1
PREMISES/PROPERTY:
- Area required a min. of 400 to 700 Sq. Ft Carpet Area
- Premises shall be leased/ owned by Franchisee and the same needs to be approved by the Company.
HR/ MANPOWER:
- Company will assist to appoint and provide complete training to staff.
- All the staff salaries, rent and other operating store expenses to be borne by Franchisee.
STORE DESIGN, INTERIORS & FIXTURES:
- All the cost related to store interiors, fixtures, signages, furniture’s to be borne by Franchise.
- Store Design, IT Software (POS), in-store visual merchandising guidelines will be provided by Company.
- Initial 1.00 Lakh + GST as non-refundable Franchisee Cost which will be spent against Initial Store Launch Marketing.
- In case of Franchisee utilizes own vendor to set up the store the same should be approved by Company.
- Any costs related to Civil Work if any, Signage, Mannequins, AC, Computer, Software, CCTV, Fire Extinguisher and Power Backup will be borne by Franchisee.
- Any other license cost, occupation cost such as electricity, CAM, HVAC, Rent will be borne by Franchise.
MERCHANDISE TERMS & MARGIN:
- Franchisee shall make an initial refundable stock deposit of INR 15 Lakhs towards the initial stock for the Guide shop.
- Inventory supplied will be 1500 to 2500 pieces depending on the location sale through ratio and sales potential.
- Forward and reverse freight charges will be borne by Company.
FRANCHISE MARGIN:

- Company will offer discounts and promotional offers during EOSS and any sale event.
- Company will raise monthly ledger every month for the goods sold and payment settlement will happen every week. Any sale proceeds from Monday to Sunday will be made on succeeding day i.e. Monday. to Company after deducting the Franchise margins.
TRANSPORTATION:
- All the transportation / logistics cost will be borne by Company.
INSURANCE:
- Stock Insurance to be borne by Franchise from the day of store opening.
- All the furniture / Fixtures insurance cost to borne by Franchisee.
TENURE:
- Contract will be signed for 9 Years will be auto-renewed by depositing Franchise Fees of 1 Lakh + GST per Year. (Goodwill Cost).
EXIT POLICY:
- Franchisee has decided to quit the store after 2 years, there is 100% amount of Stock in stores cost and 40% of Interior cost will be return (After Company Audit), But Franchise owner to give 3 months of notice period before exiting the contract.
